Votes. You don't need to sign up to vote. Your browser stores a random identifier that lets us count just one vote per play. We don't store your IP: we store an encrypted fingerprint that changes every day and is used only to curb abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the integrity of the vote.

Email alerts. If you sign up, we store your email to send you the weekly alert. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Comments. What you post (your nickname and your text) is public. We store, without making it public, your device's anonymous identifier and your connection's daily fingerprint to curb abuse and enforce the community rules. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We may feature a comment on our social media (Instagram, X, Telegram) with its nickname and how it voted; if you don't want yours to appear, or want us to remove it, write to us.

Foul alerts. We keep what you send us in order to assess the play.

Providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU), Neon (database, [REGIÓN]) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot). YouTube or X only receive data if you click to play a video.
